Job summary

Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina, part of IHG, is seeking an HR Coordinator to join our hotel team. You will provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department and help deliver a professional HR service to colleagues across the property.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of HR or administrative experience in four- or five-star hotels, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR software.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar HR or administrative role in a four or five-star hotel or comparable industry.
• Experience delivering an efficient and professional HR service to colleagues.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with an attendance to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the Human Resources team with day-to-day administrative and operational HR activities.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation according to hotel policies.
• Assist with recruitment activities including posting vacancies and coordinating interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding for new colleagues and prepare employment contracts and letters.
• Monitor employee documentation and renewals (passport, visa, Emirates ID, medical insurance).
• Update HR systems with accurate data and maintain confidentiality.
