Job summary

The role requires a senior/executive level leader with UAE hospitality experience and a proven track record in managing large, multicultural teams. On-site work in a premier Dubai hotel environment is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive hotel management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily hotel operations across all departments.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
• Drive revenue, profitability, occupancy, and operational performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop department heads and hotel teams.
• Maintain exceptional standards of guest service and hospitality.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, expenses, and financial performance.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and revenue management teams.
• Build strong relationships with owners, partners, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and hotel standards.
• Monitor KPIs and implement continuous operational improvements.
