Kempinski Hotels SA in Dubai is seeking a Beach Restaurant General Manager to lead a service team in collaboration with the culinary team, delivering an outstanding guest experience and driving sales. You will train staff on the outlet concept, manage costs, monitor inventory, produce reports, and ensure HACCP and safety standards, while developing talent and maximizing top-line profit.

Proven leadership in high-volume settings, strong P&L acumen, and a deep knowledge of local restaurant scenes

Formación

• 4+ years experience in restaurant management; ideally beach club, hotel, or high-volume casual/fine dining setting.
• Strong understanding of restaurant management software, P&L management, and supplier relations.
• Hands-on leadership, energetic, and people focused.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team including Assistant Restaurant/Outlet Manager, Restaurant Supervisor, Head Waiter/Waitress, Waiter/Waitress, Host/Hostess, and Outlet Cashier.
• Provide professional and courteous service and ensure staff follow standards.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Produce reports and analysis of the outlet for monthly performance meetings.
• Drive high top-line revenue and profit while controlling costs and expenses.
• Assist in budget preparation and support talent development initiatives.
