Job summary

Career Raiser is seeking a seasoned asset management professional for the hospitality portfolio in Dubai. You will analyze hotel assets, support approvals, and standardize asset management templates across brands.

Ideal candidates bring 7–10 years in asset management or related consulting, an MBA/CA/CMA, advanced Excel and financial modeling, and strong communication and project management skills to engage with senior executives.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years experience in asset management in hospitality, management consulting, or related fields.
• MBA/CA/CMA from a premier institute.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial modeling with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to interface with senior executives and manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical and industry expertise to assess and manage the portfolio of operating hotels.
• Assist and support in receiving internal approvals.
• Develop, implement and upgrade asset management templates across hotel brands.
• Provide detailed financial analysis to evaluate and optimize potential development opportunities.
• Prepare additional financial analysis and ad hoc presentations as required.
