Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality and asset management.
• UAE work experience in Dubai is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality administration or related field; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review operating reports from hotel operators and provide insights.
• Identify cost-saving and revenue-enhancing initiatives.
• Support pre-opening and ongoing hotel operations.
• Analyze CAPEX and OPEX, budgets and ROI improvements.
• Prepare financial projections and feasibility studies for new acquisitions.
• Produce and deliver accurate reporting.
• Conduct ad-hoc market and performance analyses.
