Job summary

The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) is seeking a Senior Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate engineering activities across hotel operations in Dubai. You will ensure safe, efficient performance of guest rooms, kitchens, laundry, and service areas while guiding a team of technicians.

Candidate should have a Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/HVAC and 5+ years in hospitality maintenance, with at least 2 years in a team-lead role.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/HVAC.
• 5+ years of relevant hospitality maintenance experience.
• 2+ years as Team Leader/Shift Incharge.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day engineering tasks and projects under the Deputy/Chief Engineer.
• Provide solutions to recurring engineering problems in guest floors, kitchens, laundry, banquets, and restaurants.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of engineering technicians.
