Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in high-volume venues.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously.
• Handle cash accurately and quickly.
• Receive payments via cash, card, vouchers, or other methods.
• Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change.
• Maintain clean and organized cash drawer.
• Close register at end of shift and hand over balance.
• Attend regular departmental briefings and communicate with the team.
• Suggest additional products to customers.
• Operate POS system efficiently and accurately.
