The Food and Beverage Group is seeking a reliable Cashier to join our Front of House team in the UAE. You will handle guest transactions accurately, operate the POS, and maintain a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as Cashier in a restaurant, café, or hospitality environment.
• Experience using POS systems and handling cash transactions.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Process cash, card, and digital payments accurately using the POS system.
• Issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Report any payment discrepancies to management promptly.
• Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Answer guest inquiries regarding payments, bills, and promotions.
• Resolve basic payment-related concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Coordinate with service and management teams to ensure accurate billing.
• Assist with takeaway and delivery order payments when required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional cashier station.
