Job summary

Fakeeh University Hospital is looking for a cafeteria cashier to manage cash handling, daily sales recording, and guest interactions within our Dubai campus. The role requires accuracy with the cash register, excellent communication, and the ability to reconcile payments with sales.

Two+ years of relevant experience and proficiency with PC software are essential. You will participate in monthly stock takes and help prepare consumption statements with the SCM/Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of relevant experience.
• Experience working in a relevant field.
• Must have cash register experience.
• Strong personal computer and business solutions software skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good presentation skills for educating internal clients on accounting principles.
• Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and count money at end of shift.
• Record daily sales, update prices and perform other related duties.
• Greet and welcome staff and guests entering the cafeteria.
• Calculate total payments received during a time period and reconcile with cafeteria sales.
• Tabulate data regarding bills and inventory in cash registers or computers.
• Monitor and bill guests for food services supplied.
• Participate in monthly and yearly cafeteria and hospital stock takes.
• Prepare monthly consumption statement for the cafeteria with SCM/Operations Manager.
