Job summary

Crown Hospital is seeking an experienced Hospital Administration Manager to oversee daily administrative and clinical coordination activities in Abu Dhabi. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration or Healthcare Management and at least 2 years in hospital operations, with strong MS Office and hospital systems proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospital administration or healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day hospital administrative operations, ensuring smooth coordination between clinical and non-clinical departments.
• Prepare and manage monthly duty rosters for doctors, nurses, and clinical staff, coordinating coverage and replacements as needed.
• Oversee patient registration and reception activities, ensuring accurate data entry and proper documentation.
• Coordinate insurance eligibility verification, approvals, claims documentation, and empanelment applications.
• Support daily administrative requirements of clinical departments, including laboratory, radiology, and pharmacy coordination.
• Prepare and verify monthly attendance records for clinical and administrative staff, submitting reports to HR.
• Handle administrative submissions through DOH Abu Dhabi portals and maintain regulatory documentation.
• Prepare operational reports and updates for hospital management, coordinating departmental meetings and follow-ups.
