Job summary

The Royal Health Group AE is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to oversee day-to-day clinical operations in Abu Dhabi, ensuring smooth patient flow and high care standards. The role coordinates between clinical teams, patients, physicians, and administration to deliver efficient healthcare services.

Responsibilities include staffing, resource allocation, documentation, and adherence to safety and regulatory requirements. A relevant clinical degree with hospital experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, Allied Health or related clinical discipline.
• Valid professional license/registration where applicable.
• Experience in a clinical coordination, nursing, healthcare operations, or supervisory role is preferred.
• Experience in a hospital, medical center, clinic, or healthcare organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily clinical activities and ensure smooth functioning of clinical services.
• Monitor patient appointments admissions transfers procedures and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate communication between physicians nurses allied health professionals patients and administrative teams.
• Ensure appropriate staffing and allocation of clinical resources according to operational requirements.
• Monitor patient flow and assist in resolving delays scheduling issues and operational concerns.
• Support physicians and clinical staff in coordinating consultations investigations procedures and treatment plans.
• Ensure clinical documentation patient records and reports are complete accurate and maintained appropriately.
• Monitor compliance with clinical policies procedures infection prevention standards and patient safety requirements.
• Assist with implementation and monitoring of quality improvement initiatives.
• Identify clinical and operational issues and elevate them to the appropriate manager when required.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary meetings case discussions and clinical activities as applicable.
• Assist with staff orientation training competency assessments and continuing education activities.
• Monitor clinical supplies equipment availability and other resources required for patient care.
• Support incident reporting investigation and corrective preventive actions.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
• Prepare clinical activity reports statistics audits and performance reports as required.
• Participate in internal audits accreditation activities quality programs and regulatory inspections.
• Promote effective teamwork professional communication and a patient-centered approach.
• Perform other duties related to clinical coordination as assigned by management.
