This position offers an opportunity to provide high-quality palliative and supportive care within a collaborative clinical environment focused on patient comfort, symptom management, quality of life, and comprehensive care planning.

Position Overview

The Palliative Care Specialist will be responsible for the assessment, treatment, and ongoing management of patients requiring palliative and supportive medical care in accordance with established clinical guidelines and best practices.

The successful candidate will work closely with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated and patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and manage patients requiring palliative and supportive care services.
• Develop individualized care plans based on patient needs and clinical best practices.
• Provide symptom management and supportive treatment aimed at improving patient comfort and quality of life.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Participate in case discussions, clinical meetings, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, supportive care options, and ongoing management.

Requirements

• MBBS, MD, or equivalent medical qualification from a recognized institution.
• Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter of Palliative Care Specialist
