Job summary

GULFA MINERAL WATER AND PROCESSING INDUSTRIES - SO in Dubai is seeking an experienced sales leader to drive HORECA growth. You will develop new accounts, manage key hotels and restaurants, and coordinate with delivery teams to ensure service quality.

The role requires 8–15 years in HORECA sales, strong market knowledge, and proven leadership. A UAE driving license is preferred for travel within the territory.

You will report on KPIs, lead promotions, and mentor a small team to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 8-15 years' experience in HORECA sales, preferably in beverages or FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of HORECA market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a small sales team.
• Valid UAE driving license (if travel required).

• Account Management:

  Conduct regular visits to monitor stock, merchandising, and service quality.
• Team Supervision:
  Supervise HORECA sales representatives or delivery staff in the territory.
  Coach and guide team members to achieve sales and service targets.
• Marketing & Promotions:
  Implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches in HORECA outlets.
  Gather market feedback and competitor information for management.
• Reporting & Administration:
  Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and daily/weekly activity reports.
  Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for territory and team.
