Job summary

Bettergrow Group in Dubai seeks two Sales Executives to grow its HORECA business, developing opportunities with hotels, restaurants, cafés and catering firms.

Requirements: 2–4 years in FMCG/F&B/HORECA, valid UAE driving license, strong communication and negotiation skills, and ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of sales experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, or HORECA industry.
• Valid UAE driving license is required.
• Existing contacts within the hospitality sector will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities within the HORECA sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering companies.
• Promote food products and identify opportunities to increase sales.
• Manage existing customer accounts and strengthen business partnerships.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth.
• Conduct market visits and follow up with potential and existing customers.
