Job summary

Al Khayyat Investments (AKI) is seeking Sales Executives to drive revenue in the hotel, restaurant, and café sectors in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. You will cultivate client relationships, conduct on-site product demonstrations of coffee machines and related equipment, and manage a growing HoReCa portfolio.

The role requires 3–4 years in HoReCa sales, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and a proven ability to meet targets. Local market knowledge and CRM proficiency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–4 years of sales experience in HoReCa / Coffee & Coffee Equipment.
• Experience with premium coffee brands like Illy, Lavazza, Cage Vergano is a plus.
• Strong network with hotels procurement and F&B managers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Solid understanding of HoReCa market dynamics.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline and use CRM software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets by developing and implementing sales strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in HoReCa.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations on-site.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product developments.
• Maintain sales records, use CRM tools, and provide forecasts.
• Represent the brand at trade shows and events.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure service quality.
