About the Role:

One of our esteemed clients, a leading medical center known for delivering personalized home healthcare services across the UAE, is currently hiring 15 compassionate and qualified Female Home Care Nurses (Filipino nationality) to join their expanding team in Al Ain, UAE.

This rewarding role focuses on delivering high-quality patient-centered nursing care directly in patients' homes while also offering emotional support and health education to enhance the overall wellbeing of individuals under care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive health evaluations and develop tailored care plans.
  • Medication Administration: Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient response.
  • Vital Sign Monitoring: Record and observe vital signs (e.g., temperature, pulse, blood pressure).
  • Perform wound dressing and monitor healing progress.
  • Patient & Family Education: Guide patients and their families on care routines, health management, and equipment usage.
  • Documentation: Accurately document care treatments and observations in patient records.
  • Emotional Support: Provide compassionate support and counseling to patients and families.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with doctors, therapists, and multidisciplinary care teams to ensure cohesive patient care.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Education: Must hold a valid Nursing qualification/license.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a home care or similar nursing role.
  • Nationality: Filipino (as per client preference)
  • Communication: Basic English communication skills required.
  • Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills preferred.
  • Visa: Employment visa provided.
  • Work Hours: 12 hours/day.
  • Leave: 8 days off per month.
  • Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.
Salary & Benefits:
  • Salary: AED 7000 to AED 8000 (final amount decided after interview)
