Job summary

Kuwait Finance House B.S.C. (c) in Dubai is seeking a Relationship Manager for Private Banking to acquire and manage a portfolio of High Net Worth clients with a focus on Shariah-compliant solutions.

You will deliver tailored advisory services, support AUM growth, and cross-sell wealth products while adhering to risk and Shariah principles. 6–10 years' experience and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Economics or related field; Master's preferred.
• 6–10 years of experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management focusing on HNWIs.
• FAP Level 3 or CFA/CIRO preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and manage a portfolio of HNW clients with Shariah-compliant solutions.
• Build strong client relationships through regular engagement and goal understanding.
• Provide advisory services across Islamic investments, financing, and wealth planning.
• Assist in portfolio reviews and recommend adjustments per risk and Shariah principles.
• Contribute to AUM growth and fee-based income via cross-selling.
• Identify and refer opportunities to senior bankers and product specialists.
• Support marketing and client outreach to expand the client base.
