Job summary

Kuwait Finance House B.S.C. (c) in Dubai is seeking a Relationship Manager for Private Banking to acquire and manage a portfolio of High Net Worth clients with a focus on Shariah-compliant solutions.

You will deliver tailored advisory services, support AUM growth, and cross-sell wealth products while adhering to risk and Shariah principles. 6–10 years' experience and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Economics or related field; Master's preferred.
• 6–10 years of experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management focusing on HNWIs.
• FAP Level 3 or CFA/CIRO preferred.

Overview:

The Relationship Manager - Private Banking is responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), focusing on delivering Shariah-compliant financial solutions. The role supports the Private Banking segment's growth by executing client engagement strategies, providing tailored advisory services, and contributing to the expansion of Assets Under Management (AUM).

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire and manage a portfolio of High Net Worth (HNW) clients, offering personalized Shariah-compliant banking solutions.
• Build strong client relationships through regular engagement and understanding of individual financial goals.
• Support clients with advisory services across Islamic investments, financing, and wealth planning.
• Assist in portfolio reviews and recommend adjustments aligned with client risk profiles and Shariah principles.
• Contribute to AUM growth and fee-based income through effective client servicing and cross-selling.
• Identify and refer opportunities to senior bankers and product specialists.
• Support marketing and client outreach initiatives to expand the client base.

Qualifications:

Academic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Economics or a relevant discipline is required as a minimum. A Master's degree is preferred.

Professional Certifications:

Financial Advice Program - Level 3 (FAP) is highly recommended. A professional certification such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Investment Representative Program (Series 7), Certified Investor Relations Officer (CIRO), Securities Market Regulation (Based on Series 79) is preferred.

Years of Experience:

6-10 years of experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Relationship Management, with a strong focus on high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs).
