Job summary

FWD Group in Dubai seeks a Senior Executive Officer (DIFC) & HNW Distribution Lead to drive regulatory leadership and high-net-worth distribution across the Middle East from the Dubai office.

You will own the market plan, build partner networks with private banks, brokers and EAMs, and ensure DFSA governance while growing APE and VNB. This role combines executive oversight with hands-on distribution leadership in a dynamic, expanding market.

Qualifications

• Senior HNW/UHNW life insurance or private banking leader with distribution track record in the Middle East.
• DFSA fit-and-proper credentials or ability to be approved for a DIFC Category 4 firm.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in distribution leadership.
• UAE residency or willing to relocate to the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute the HNW distribution strategy for the Middle East with clear market priorities.
• Own delivery of APE and VNB targets and manage partner relationships across banks and brokers.
• Lead and scale the Dubai distribution team with clear ownership and performance standards.
• Ensure governance and regulatory compliance, liaising with DFSA and DIFC authorities.
