Peergrowth Consultancy Co. in DIFC Dubai seeks Director / Associate Director-level Wealth Management professionals to grow an external asset management franchise.

You will manage HNW/UHNW client relationships, develop advisory-led wealth solutions, and drive AUM growth on an independent platform. The role targets seasoned bankers with portable client books and aims to provide greater autonomy, ownership, and upside.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in Wealth Management / Private Banking within regional or international banks.
• Proven ability to manage a client portfolio with USD 20M–50M in portable AUM.
• Ability to independently manage and grow client relationships while contributing to the platform.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with HNW and UHNW clients.
• Develop trusted client relationships through a consultative and advisory-led wealth approach.
• Drive new business acquisition and increase Assets Under Management (AUM).
• Provide tailored wealth management solutions aligned with client objectives and investment goals.
• Convert suitable client relationships into EAM-managed mandates while adhering to non-solicitation and regulatory obligations.
• Collaborate with investment advisory and operations teams to deliver wealth solutions.
• Operate with independence while contributing to platform growth.
