Job summary

FWD Group in Dubai seeks a Senior Executive Officer – HNW Distribution Lead to drive regulatory leadership and to build a high‑impact HNW distribution framework for the Middle East.

You will own the market plan, partnerships with private banks, brokers and family offices, and personally originate key relationships while ensuring governance, compliance and regulatory soundness across the DIFC entity.

Qualifications

• Senior HNW/UHNW leadership with a strong distribution track record in the Middle East.
• DFSA fit-and-prop credentials or clear capability to obtain approval.
• Minimum 10–15 years experience, with 5+ in distribution leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own HNW distribution strategy and regional targets.
• Manage senior partner relationships with banks, brokers, and family offices.
• Ensure DFSA/DIFC governance and compliance across the Dubai entity.
