Job summary

Freedom Broker Global Markets in the UAE seeks an experienced Wealth Management senior professional to lead HNWI client acquisition and portfolio growth.

You will act as the primary relationship manager for an HNWI portfolio, cross-sell the brokerage product suite, and drive AUM growth while meeting KPIs. Strong regulatory knowledge (ADGM/DFSA) and superior English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven sales experience in regulated brokerage, private bank, or wealth management.
• Proven track record of acquiring and managing HNWI clients.
• Strong knowledge of ADGM/DFSA/FCA/SEC regulatory frameworks; ADGM 3A license experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and acquire Qualified Investor Clients per ADGM FSRA rules; target HNWIs.
• Act as primary relationship manager for an HNWI client portfolio; understand goals and deliver tailored guidance.
• Cross-sell the firm's brokerage products to drive AUM and trading volume; meet KPI targets.
• Track pipeline, client activity, and KPIs in CRM; report insights to leadership.
