Job summary

Enova by Veolia is seeking an Electrical Engineer with strong high voltage experience for operations and maintenance in a facility management environment. The role focuses on safe, reliable, and efficient electrical system operation while leading teams and upholding top HSEQ standards.

Responsibilities include leading HV maintenance, coordinating with FM teams, and delivering technical reports. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in HV O&M within FM and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Proven experience in high voltage systems (e.g., substations, transformers, switchgear).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in operations and maintenance within facility management.
• Strong knowledge of HSEQ standards and electrical safety regulations.
• Experience in team leadership or supervisory roles.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and fault diagnosis in HV systems.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot high voltage electrical systems.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure reliability.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements for energy optimization.
• Lead and supervise a team of technicians and contractors.
• Coordinate with FM teams, clients, and stakeholders on maintenance schedules and projects.
• Prepare technical reports, maintenance records, and investigations.
