Job summary

S K OVERSEAS HR CONSULTANCY is seeking an experienced Electrical Testing Lead to manage a team of testers. You will ensure safety protocols, uphold quality, and develop comprehensive testing programs across multiple projects, optimizing resources and timelines.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, 5–7 years in electrical testing, and certifications such as CES P. You will calibrate and maintain equipment, interpret schematics, and troubleshoot high‑voltage systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in electrical testing.
• CESP or equivalent certification is advantageous.
• Experience testing high voltage equipment up to 132 kV.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of electrical testers to ensure safety and quality.
• Develop and implement comprehensive electrical testing plans and schedules.
• Calibrate and maintain testing equipment for reliable measurements.
• Interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical specifications to guide testing and troubleshoot issues.
