Job summary

ABU ALNAGA CONTRACTING in Dubai seeks a Technical Site Architect to lead architectural works on a high‑rise development, from construction through finishing and handover. You will review IFC and shop drawings, coordinate with structural, MEP, façade, and specialist teams, and resolve on-site technical issues.

With 2–3 years of high-rise experience, you will ensure compliance with standards, monitor finishes, and support project programme, quality control, and successful handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture; professional registration preferred.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience, with strong high-rise construction experience.
• Excellent knowledge of architectural construction, detailing, finishes, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit/BIM knowledge preferred.
• Strong technical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage site activities and deliver high-quality architectural works within programme requiremnets.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural works from construction through finishing and handover.
• Review and coordinate IFC drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, and technical details.
• Coordinate architectural interfaces with structural, MEP, façade, and specialist contractors.
• Identify and resolve site technical issues, discrepancies, and constructability challenges.
• Monitor workmanship, materials, and finishes to ensure compliance with approved standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project management teams.
• Ensure timely closure of technical queries, inspections, snags, and as-built documentation.
• Support project programme, quality control, and successful architectural handover.
• Prepare Shop drawing as required
