Job summary

IRTH Group is seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead architectural technical delivery during construction. You will coordinate shop drawings, develop constructible drawings, and ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, UAE Fire & Life Safety Code, and accessibility standards.

Strong BIM leadership and coordination across disciplines are essential. The role requires 10–15 years of architectural design experience, including high-rise, mixed-use, and hospitality projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture is required.
• Master’s degree in architecture is an advantage.
• Minimum 10–15 years of architectural design experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, review, and coordination of architectural shop drawings for construction projects.
• Develop detailed architectural drawings suitable for construction, fabrication, and site execution.
• Ensure designs comply with Dubai Municipality regulations, UAE Fire & Life Safety Code, accessibility and international standards.
• Produce and manage BIM models per BEP and company standards.
