Job summary

Talents Tide is seeking a Senior Architect (Technical) with high-rise building experience to join a prestigious client in the UAE. You will lead architectural coordination and ensure contractual compliance across complex projects.

Responsibilities include coordinating between Architecture, Structural, MEP and other disciplines, reviewing IFC/contract documents, and managing shop drawings and material submittals in line with Dubai Municipality and Green Building requirements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years contracting experience in the UAE
• UAE experience mandatory
• Strong knowledge of UAE codes, Dubai Municipality regs, and Green Building requirements
• Proven experience in shop drawings and material submittals
• Strong coordination and contractual management skills

Responsibilities

• Provide technical architectural support across all project stages
• Review and coordinate IFC, TQ, PTC, and contract documents
• Manage subcontractors' shop drawings and material submittals
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and Green Building code
• Coordinate between Architecture, Structural, MEP, and other disciplines
• Resolve design and technical issues prior to construction
• Lead and manage architects, engineers, and draftsmen
• Coordinate engineering works with all subcontractors
• Maintain shop drawing registers and material submittal log
• Support QS / Commercial teams with design changes and variations
• Ensure strong contractual compliance and technical coordination
