Job summary

TALENTS TIDE HUMAN RESOURCES CONSULTING is hiring a Senior Architect Technical for a prestigious UAE client in Dubai. You will provide technical architectural support across all project stages, reviewing IFC, TQ, PTC and contract documents and managing shop drawings and material submittals.

The role requires UAE experience, strong high-rise project exposure, proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM Revit, and Arabic language skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of contracting experience.
• UAE experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of UAE codes, Dubai Municipality regulations and Green Building requirements.
• Proven experience in shop drawings and material submittals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical architectural support across all project stages
• Review and coordinate IFC TQ PTC and contract documents
• Manage subcontractors shop drawings and material submittals
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and Green Building codes
• Coordinate between Architecture Structural MEP and other disciplines
• Resolve design and technical issues prior to construction
• Lead and manage architects engineers and draftsmen
• Coordinate engineering works with all subcontractors
• Maintain shop drawing registers and material submittal logs
• Support QS Commercial teams with design changes and variations
• Ensure strong contractual compliance and technical coordination

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of contracting experience
• UAE experience is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of UAE codes Dubai Municipality regulations and Green Building requirements
• Proven experience in shop drawings and material submittals
• Strong coordination and contractual management skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Knowledge of BIM Revit is required
