Job summary

IRTH Group seeks an experienced Senior Architect to lead architectural technical delivery during construction. You will develop and coordinate shop drawings, ensure compliance with contract docs, project specs, authority requirements, and site execution for high-rise, mixed-use, residential, commercial and hospitality schemes in the UAE.

You will manage BIM models per BEP and company standards, resolve clashes, review IFC drawings, and support value engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
• Master’s degree in architecture is an advantage.
• 10–15 years of architectural design experience.
• Minimum 5 years UAE/GCC experience.
• Proven delivery experience for high-rise, residential, commercial, hospitality and mixed-use developments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, review, and coordination of architectural shop drawings for construction projects.
• Develop detailed architectural drawings suitable for construction, fabrication, and site execution.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, UAE Fire & Life Safety Code, accessibility requirements, and international standards.
• Produce and manage BIM models per BEP and company standards; resolve design clashes.
• Coordinate architectural designs with Structural, MEP, Landscape, Interior, Façade, and Infrastructure disciplines.
• Review IFC drawings and specifications; identify discrepancies and propose practical solutions.
• Deliver shop drawing packages on schedule; monitor draftsmen progress.
• Support delivery across residential, commercial hospitality, mixed-use, and high-rise developments.
