Job summary

Talents Tide invites an experienced Site Technical Manager with a strong Architectural background to lead technical coordination on a high-rise construction project in Dubai. You will oversee shop drawing production, detailing, and ensure alignment between Architecture, Structure, Civil, Interior Design and MEP disciplines on site.

You will review subcontractor submissions, validate materials and calculations, resolve on-site issues, run technical meetings and RFIs, and ensure compliance with

Qualifications

• Strong architectural background.
• Proven experience in high-rise construction projects.

• Strong knowledge of IFC drawings, authorities' regulations, and construction standards.

Responsibilities

Site Technical Manager – Architectural background - High-Rise Construction

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Technical Manager with a strong Architectural background to join one of our leading clients in the high-rise construction industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a technical professional who has strong expertise in engineering coordination, shop drawings, technical management, and multidisciplinary project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage shop drawing production, detailing, and technical coordination
• Coordinate between Architecture, Structure, Civil, Interior Design & MEP disciplines
• Review subcontractor submissions, materials, shop drawings, and technical calculations
• Resolve technical issues on-site and provide guidance to construction teams
• Lead technical meetings, workshops, RFIs, and material approvals
