Job summary

Rakhat Construction is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to support accurate setting-out, alignment and level control on high-rise tower projects in the UAE. You will ensure work aligns with approved drawings and specifications, managing control points, benchmarks and level checks on active sites.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, strong expertise with Total Station, Auto Level, GPS/GNSS, AutoCAD and Civil 3D, plus the ability to interpret IFC/shop drawings and coordinate

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably with a main contractor.
• Proven experience on high-rise tower projects is essential.
• Strong knowledge of setting-out, grids, benchmarks, levels and verticality checks.
• Proficiency with Total Station, Auto Level, GPS/GNSS, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Conduct setting-out surveys for foundations, columns, walls, slabs, cores and other structural elements.
• Establish and maintain benchmarks, control points, grid lines and reference levels.
• Perform verticality, alignment, level, coordinate and elevation checks for high-rise structures.
• Review IFC and shop drawings to ensure accurate survey execution.
• Verify dimensions and levels against drawings and report discrepancies.
