Job summary

Confidential Company in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai) seeks a land surveyor to conduct topographic, setting-out, levelling and as-built surveys. You will operate Total Stations, GNSS/GPS receivers and Auto Levels, establishing and maintaining survey control points and recording precise field measurements.

You will collaborate with site engineers, project coordinators and CAD teams, verify data accuracy, and ensure equipment is well maintained to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant land-surveying experience.
• Strong knowledge of surveying instruments and field procedures.
• Ability to work independently and take full responsibility for assigned work.
• Good attention to detail, accuracy and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with site and office teams.
• UAE surveying experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct topographic, setting-out, levelling and as-built surveys.
• Operate Total Stations, GNSS/GPS receivers and Auto Levels.
• Establish, verify and maintain survey control points.
• Record accurate field measurements, observations and survey sketches.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project coordinators and CAD teams.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of collected survey data.
