Abu Alnaga Contracting is seeking an experienced Architectural Manager with a strong background in high-rise building projects to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading architectural design coordination, managing technical teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex high-rise developments in accordance with project requirements, quality standards, and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural activities for high‑rise building projects from design development through construction completion.
• Oversee architectural teams, consultants, and technical coordinators to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Review and approve architectural drawings, shop drawings, material submissions, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, façade, and specialist consultants for seamless integration of all disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, authority requirements, project specifications, and international standards.
• Manage design reviews, technical meetings, and coordination workshops with consultants and project stakeholders.
• Identify design conflicts and provide effective technical solutions during construction stages.
• Monitor architectural progress, quality, and project timelines.
• Support value engineering initiatives and optimize design solutions without compromising quality.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to architectural staff.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 10 years of architectural experience, including significant experience managing high‑rise building projects.
• Proven track record in delivering towers, residential, commercial, or mixed‑use developments.
• Strong knowledge of high‑rise construction systems, façade coordination, and finishing works.
• Excellent understanding of architectural detailing, construction methodologies, and site execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, Navisworks, and relevant design software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• UAE experience is highly preferred.
