Job summary

AL Marwan General Contracting Company in the UAE seeks a senior architect/facade lead to drive the transformation of a 50+ floor tower's structural shell into a fully functional, aesthetically flawless asset. You will oversee the integration of MEP systems while maintaining architectural intent and leading complex curtain wall installations at extreme heights.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering or Architecture from an internationally recognized university.
10 to 15 years of experience delivering architectural packages for ultra-high-rise towers (50+ floors) and multi-level basements in the UAE.
Advanced BIM skills with Revit and Navisworks for 3D clash detection and detailing; AutoCAD proficiency.
Deep knowledge of high-rise curtain wall engineering and exterior envelope systems.
Strong regulatory understanding of UAE Fire and Life Safety Code and local building regs.

Responsibilities

Facade & envelope management for high-rise towers, ensuring wind-load and waterproofing standards.
Design review and RCP coordination; resolve clashes with MEP using 3D BIM.
Drive mock-ups and material approvals with consultants and clients to prevent delays.
Oversee QA snagging and smooth handover to Building Completion Certificate stage.
Lead coordination with subcontractors and ensure compliant, premium finishes.
