Job summary

MANGAZA EMPLOYMENT LLC OPC seeks an experienced Senior Architect High-Rise Specialist to lead the design and coordination of complex high-rise projects in Ras Al Khaimah. You will manage design development, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with structural, MEP and other disciplines to deliver integrated solutions.

Responsibilities include reviewing construction documentation, guiding project execution, mentoring junior staff, and maintaining strong client and regulatory authority

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• 5–8 years of professional experience in high-rise or large-scale developments.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Max and Photoshop.
• Knowledge of UAE building regulations, local authority approvals and best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural design activities for high-rise projects from concept to construction docs.
• Develop and review drawings, 3D models, and design presentations using industry software.
• Ensure design compliance with UAE codes and authorities; coordinate with disciplines.
• Review construction docs, shop drawings and material submittals for accuracy.
• Provide technical guidance during execution and support site teams as needed.
• Mentor junior architects and engineers to foster development.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities to ensure success.
