Vincitore Premium Real Estate Development L.L.C in the United Arab Emirates seeks a senior civil/architectural engineer to lead technical activities on high-rise projects from design review to handover. You will review IFC, tender, structural, architectural and MEP drawings for constructability and coordination.

Responsibilities include managing shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and material approvals, coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams, and ensuring compliance with UAE

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering / Architecture or related field.
• 10–15 years of relevant construction experience.
• Strong experience in high-rise building projects.
• Experience with G+30 and above projects will be highly preferred.
• UAE/GCC construction experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of design coordination, shop drawings, technical submissions, RFIs, and consultant approvals.
• Experience coordinating Civil, Structural, Architectural and MEP works.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM/Revit and other engineering coordination tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Mansioni

• Lead technical activities for high-rise projects from design review through execution and handover.
• Review IFC, tender, structural, architectural and MEP drawings for constructability and coordination.
• Manage shop drawings, technical submittals, RFIs, method statements and material approvals.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, MEP teams, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Identify design discrepancies, clashes, technical risks, and value engineering opportunities.
• Provide technical support to Project Managers, Construction Managers, and Site Engineers.
• Ensure coordination between Civil, Structural, Architectural and MEP disciplines.
• Coordinate technical submissions and approvals with relevant UAE authorities and consultants.
• Oversee BIM coordination and clash detection where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, UAE regulations, QA/QC requirements, and applicable standards.
• Support testing, commissioning, as-built documentation, and project handover.
• Maintain technical documentation, trackers, approvals, and design change records.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering and site teams.
