Job summary

Al Marwan Group in the UAE seeks a Senior Architectural Executive to lead the execution of a 50+ floor tower and complex basements, ensuring architectural integrity and flawless aesthetics. You will coordinate the structural framework with MEP systems, manage high-rise curtain wall installation, and ensure compliance with UAE Fire and Life Safety Code and local regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or Architecture from an internationally recognized university.
10–15 years of experience with major Main Contractors, delivering architectural packages for ultra-high-rise towers (50+ floors) and multi-level basements in the UAE.
Proficient BIM skills (Revit, Navisworks) and AutoCAD.
Expertise in high-rise curtain wall engineering, glass, aluminum systems for elevations above 200 m.
Knowledge of UAE Fire and Life Safety Code and local regulations; familiarity with sustainability frameworks.
Experience with premium interior fit-outs in residential/commercial/hospitality towers.
Strong attention to detail and ability to coordinate with demanding Client architects and interior designers.

Responsibilities

Facade & envelope management for high-performance curtain walls and waterproofing standards.
Design & clash coordination using 3D BIM; review shop drawings and RCPs.
Drive mock-up room testing and material approvals with consultants and clients to avoid delays.
Oversee basement detailing, waterproofing membranes, screeds, and wayfinding systems.
Direct fire and life safety execution with approvals from authorities.
Supervise numerous specialized subcontractors and manage handover from wet trades to luxury fit-out.
Lead QA snagging and ensure a zero-defect handover and Building Completion Certificate.
