Job summary

Tanqeeb seeks a seasoned Facade & Envelope Lead in the UAE to oversee unitized and stick curtain wall installations, ensuring wind-load deflection, insulation, acoustics, and waterproofing standards are met.

You will coordinate BIM shop drawings, lead RCP reviews, and manage fabrications with luxury finishes, while ensuring timely approvals from consultants and clients on complex basements and podiums.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or Architecture.
• 10–15 years of UAE-based experience with major Main Contractors.
• Portfolio delivering architectural packages for ultra-high-rise towers in the UAE.
• Advanced BIM software proficiency for 3D clash detection and detailing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation of high-performance facade systems (unitized or stick curtain walls).
• Coordinate architectural shop drawings and RCPs; resolve clashes in 3D BIM environments.
• Drive mock-up rooms and material submittals to secure sign-offs with consultants and clients.
• Direct fire and life safety execution with authorities like UAE Civil Defence.
• Supervise façade trades, manage handover from wet trades to luxury finishes.
• Lead QA snagging to achieve a zero-defect handover and Building Completion Certificate.
