Job summary

Christian Dior Couture in Dubai seeks an Assistant Business Development for High Jewellery & High Horology to support growth within the Middle East Retail network. You will optimize boutique offers, coordinate client events, and work with global and local teams to align product information and sales tools.

The role emphasizes performance analysis, market studies, and strong collaboration with merchandising, logistics, and CRM teams. Fluency in English and luxury sector knowledge are valued.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business/analytics or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with analytical tools and data analysis.
• Fluent English in professional context.
• Knowledge of luxury industry; Jewelry & Watchmaking sector a plus.
• Prior experience in business analysis or merchandising preferred.

Responsibilities

• Weekly and monthly performance analysis by product line, boutique and collection.
• Ad hoc competitive studies related to High End events and merchandising.
• Provide day-to-day support to zones and boutiques for availability and tools.
• Support management of new launches: product info and assortment summaries.
• Coordinate client events logistics and event preparations.
• Create and share sales tools and product listings.
• Monitor deliveries and inter-boutique transfers to secure sales.
