Key Responsibilities

• Assist technicians and supervisors during project, fit-out, and maintenance work at assigned sites.
• Carry tools, materials, ladders, cables, equipment, and other work items as required by the technical team.
• Support basic installation and maintenance activities related to fire alarm, firefighting, emergency, and safety systems.
• Help prepare the work area before tasks begin and clear the site after completion of assigned activities.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and technicians carefully during daily site operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and safe movement areas at the worksite.
• Assist in shifting, loading, unloading, and arranging materials when required.
• Follow worksite safety guidelines while handling tools, materials, and equipment.
• Report unsafe conditions, damaged tools, missing items, or site issues to the supervisor.
• Support technicians during inspections, minor repairs, cable pulling, fixing work, and equipment handling.
• Perform general labor tasks as assigned by the supervisor or maintenance team.
• Work cooperatively with team members to complete assigned tasks safely and on time.

Ideal Profile

• Basic education is required.
• 1-2 years of experience in project support, fit-out, maintenance, construction, or site helper work is preferred.
• Prior experience in construction or maintenance will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
• Physically fit and able to work on-site in active project or maintenance environments.
• Basic understanding of worksite safety and safe handling of tools and materials.
