Job summary

Help AG NextGen UAE Talent Program is a full-time graduate development program designed to prepare UAE National graduates for a successful career in cybersecurity. The program provides structured technical training, hands-on experience across multiple cybersecurity domains, and continuous mentorship from industry experts.

Graduates will work on real-world cybersecurity projects, develop professional skills, and build a strong foundation for long-term career growth within one of the Middle East's

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, Information Systems, Software Engineering, AI, Data Science (Cyber Security focus) or related discipline.
• Recent graduates with no work experience preferred; internship or academic project experience in cybersecurity is an advantage.
• UAE National holding a valid Family Book.
• Willingness to pursue globally recognized cybersecurity certifications as part of the graduate program.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals, networking, operating systems, cloud security, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address security challenges.
• Ability to prepare technical documentation, reports, and project-related deliverables.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and teamwork skills.
• Proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to continuously learn, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured graduate training program focused on developing technical and professional cybersecurity competencies.
• Work alongside cybersecurity consultants, engineers, architects, and SOC professionals on real world cybersecurity projects.
• Gain practical exposure to SOC and threat monitoring, incident response and digital forensics, vulnerability assessment and penetration testing, GRC, cloud security, IAM, security engineering and architecture, threat intel and security automation, and cybersecurity consulting and customer engagement.
• Assist in supporting enterprise and government cybersecurity initiatives across the UAE.
• Apply cybersecurity best practices, standards, and frameworks while performing assigned tasks.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and project deliverables.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic work environment.
• Communicate technical information clearly with internal teams and clients.
• Participate in technical training, mentoring sessions, and certification preparation.
• Continuously develop technical knowledge and stay updated on emerging cybersecurity threats and technologies.
