Job summary

Help AG NextGen UAE Talent Program is a full-time graduate development program designed to prepare UAE National graduates for a successful career in cybersecurity. The program provides structured technical training, hands-on experience across multiple cybersecurity domains, and continuous mentorship from industry experts.

Qualifications

• Recent graduates with no prior work experience preferred; internship or academic project experience in cybersecurity is an advantage.
• UAE National holding a valid Family Book.
• Willingness to pursue globally recognized cybersecurity certifications as part of the graduate program.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals, networking, operating systems, cloud security, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured graduate training program focused on developing cybersecurity competencies.
• Work alongside cybersecurity consultants, engineers, architects, and SOC professionals on real-world projects.
• Gain practical exposure to SOC and threat monitoring; incident response and forensics.
• Assist in supporting enterprise and government cybersecurity initiatives across the UAE.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and project deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information clearly.

The program provides structured technical training, hands-on experience across multiple cybersecurity domains, and continuous mentorship from industry experts. Graduates will work on real-world cybersecurity projects, develop professional skills, and build a strong foundation for long-term career growth within one of the Middle East's leading cybersecurity organizations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured graduate training program focused on developing technical and professional cybersecurity competencies.
• Working alongside cybersecurity consultants, engineers, architects, and SOC professionals on realworld cybersecurity projects.
• Gain practical exposure to:
  • Security Operations Center (SOC) and threat monitoring.
  • Incident response and digital forensics.
  • Vulnerability assessment and penetration testing.
  • Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
  • Cloud security.
  • Identity and Access Management (IAM).
  • Security engineering and architecture.
  • Threat intelligence and security automation.
  • Cybersecurity consulting and customer engagement.
• Assist in supporting enterprise and government cybersecurity initiatives across the UAE.
• Apply cybersecurity best practices, standards, and frameworks while performing assigned tasks.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and project deliverables.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic work environment.
• Communicate technical information clearly with internal teams and clients.
• Participate in technical training, mentoring sessions, and certification preparation.
• Continuously develop technical knowledge and stay updated on emerging cybersecurity threats and technologies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science (Cyber Security focus), or a related discipline.
• Recent graduates with no prior work experience is preferred; internship or academic project experience in cybersecurity is an advantage.
