Responsibilities

Direct daily workshop activities covering heavy-duty truck servicing and maintenance.
Assign repair orders to technicians based on workload and urgency.
Monitor active jobs and address delays to protect delivery timelines.
Balance capacity and technician utilization across service bays.
Support labor and parts sales targets while protecting margin.
Review repair reports for accuracy and proper documentation.
Ensure safety, quality, and compliance in all repairs.
Coach technicians on standards and safety practices.
Prepare daily and weekly operational reports for the Service Manager.
