Job summary

Ennismore is seeking a dedicated Hotel Housekeeping Attendant in Ras Al Khaimah to maintain high cleanliness standards and ensure guest comfort. You will clean guest rooms, replenish amenities, and uphold hygiene protocols to support the property’s premium service.

Reporting to the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will work flexible shifts, including weekends, while delivering professional service with a guest-focused attitude and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Housekeeping or a similar role in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures, guestroom standards, and hygiene practices.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
• Physically fit to handle cleaning tasks and long periods of standing or walking.

Responsibilities

• Get assignment sheet from the Housekeeping office.
• Take note of all guest requests and instructions provided by the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Attend communication meetings of the assigned section.
• Ensure proper stock of guest amenities, cleaning supplies, mini bar items, and clean linen.
• Check and note rooms with Make Up signs and Do Not Disturb signs before the end of the shift.
• Communicate all information needed by the next shift or supervisor for smooth operations.
