The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and good communication in English, with flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and sanitation standards.
• Ability to operate housekeeping equipment such as vacuum cleaners and floor polishers.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and their safe use.
• Ability to make beds, clean bathrooms, replenish guest amenities, and handle laundry.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic communication skills in English or the local language.
• Ability to work efficiently under time pressure.
• Good physical health and stamina.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Knowledge of hotel safety, hygiene, and emergency procedures.

• Ensure all guest rooms are properly cleaned and logs are maintained.
• Manage linen inventory, uniforms, and lost and found records.
• Maintain par levels for linen, towels, and supplies.
• Follow security protocols and report incidents to management.
• Meet VIP requirements and respond to special guest requests.
• Clean and maintain all equipment used in housekeeping.
• Report damage or loss in guest rooms immediately.
• Clear room service trays and update room status reports.
