Job summary

M42 Ltd. in Abu Dhabi seeks a high‑performing strategy/internal consultant with about 3 years of experience, preferably in healthcare or workforce initiatives.

You will support strategic initiatives, workforce planning, and executive deliverables using advanced Excel modeling and PowerPoint storytelling. The role involves collaborating with senior leaders, structuring complex problems, delivering data‑driven insights, and managing workstreams with ownership and quality.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3 years of experience in strategy consulting (preferred) or internal consulting, corporate strategy, or transformation roles with exposure to senior stakeholders.
• Experience in healthcare, manpower planning, workforce, or human capital projects preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, structured problem-solving, and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, modeling, scenario and cost analysis) and exceptional PowerPoint skills with strong executive storytelling.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication; Arabic is a plus.
• High learning agility, intellectual curiosity, and confidence in fast-paced environments with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives by structuring problems and delivering data‑driven insights.
• Assist workforce and manpower planning by analyzing headcount, cost, and productivity data to inform leadership decisions.
• Contribute to human capital projects such as operating model design, performance analysis, and transformation initiatives.
• Develop executive‑ready PowerPoint presentations with clear storyboarding and actionable insights; engage cross‑functionally for inputs.
• Manage assigned workstreams with ownership, ensuring accuracy, consistency, quality, and timely delivery.
