Job summary

NMC is seeking an Analyst – Strategy to join the Transformation team in Abu Dhabi. You will support strategic planning, perform market research, and build business cases to drive value and alignment with transformation goals.

The role emphasizes data analysis, KPI tracking, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, leveraging Power BI and Excel for insightful visuals and reports.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support strategic planning and transformation initiatives through data collection and analysis.
• Conduct market research, benchmarking, and trend analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
• Prepare business cases, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for proposed initiatives.
• Track and report KPIs and project performance metrics to measure progress and outcomes.
• Assist in designing and delivering presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of strategic efforts.
• Analyze internal performance data to identify areas for operational improvement.
• Monitor and report on the implementation status of strategic transformation projects.
• Support strategic workshops, focus groups, and stakeholder meetings.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of strategic initiatives and analytical models.
• Use Excel, Power BI, and other data visualization platforms to present insights.
• Assist with financial modeling and resource allocation analysis.
• Coordinate with PMO teams to ensure alignment between strategy and execution.

The Analyst – Strategy will work within the Transformation department to provide analytical support for key projects and strategic initiatives. The role involves researching industry trends, benchmarking performance, and evaluating business processes to generate actionable insights. The analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to help drive value creation and ensure alignment with the overall transformation and strategic goals of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Support strategic planning and transformation initiatives through detailed data collection and analysis.

Qualifications:

Education and Certification

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Economics, Public Health, or related field (mandatory).
• Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Strategy Management) is an advantage.

Knowledge and Skills

• Solid understanding of strategic planning and healthcare transformation processes.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Analyst – Strategy benefit from having experience/competency in:
