Job summary

Salt Digital Recruitment seeks an experienced Solution Architect to own and evolve Platform X architecture across data, intelligence, operations, and experience layers within a healthcare context in Dubai, UAE. You will lead technical partner evaluations and ensure architectural alignment with regulatory standards.

The role requires 8+ years in enterprise architecture, deep healthcare domain knowledge, and ability to communicate complex trade-offs to C-suite stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise solution architecture for large-scale systems.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, or concierge platforms preferred.
• Familiar with FHIR data standards and healthcare data models.
• Experience evaluating RFP responses for tech programs.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Platform X technology architecture across data, intelligence, operations and experience layers.
• Lead technical evaluation of implementation partner RFP responses for capability, interoperability and security.
• Safeguard the data hierarchy and healthcare data principles.
• Act as internal technical counterpart to partners and verify architecture against requirements.
• Define integration requirements with related healthcare partners and NDA controls.
• Translate BRD/scenario requirements into implementable architecture with the Senior BA.
• Support procurement and legal on due diligence and vendor evaluations.
