Job summary

Client of Besst Group is seeking a Branch Coordinator in Dubai to support daily operations, manage appointments for doctors and therapists, and ensure an exceptional client experience. The role focuses on upselling treatments, achieving KPIs, and maintaining accurate client records while coordinating events and payments.

You will work closely with the Branch Manager, handle inquiries, and contribute to strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Support the Branch Manager in daily branch operations.
• Handle incoming calls, online inquiries, and outbound client follow-ups.
• Schedule, confirm and follow up on appointments for doctors and therapists.
• Promote and sell treatment packages and products through upselling and cross-selling.
• Achieve sales collection, lead conversion and KPI targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service, follow up on treatment satisfaction and handle complaints.
• Maintain accurate client records, treatment documentation and signed consent forms.
• Process client payments and prepare timely operational and sales reports.
• Coordinate sales, marketing and business development events.
• Perform opening and closing duties and cover for the Branch Manager when required.
