Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Previous medical insurance operations experience.
• Insurance-broker experience preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of medical insurance operations, employee-benefits administration, ERP systems, data management, CBUAE regulations, policy administration, and claims processing.

Responsibilities

• Manage policy onboarding and process endorsements accurately.
• Handle reimbursement claims and pre-approval requests in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with clients, insurers, and internal departments.
• Maintain accurate records and manage data in ERP systems.
• Ensure compliance with CBUAE regulations and applicable insurance guidelines.
• Support daily employee-benefits operations while maintaining service standards.
• Monitor operational processes and contribute to service improvements.
